Yes the diaper backpack comes with a large changing pad as well as an additional sundry bag for extra bottles or other items. The included changing pad folds neatly allowing you to easily organise the contents of your bag and also protect your other items if there is an accident on the changing pad!

If you're based in the U.S., free shipping normally takes anywhere from 2-7 days via our carrier (we ship our bags from our partner warehouse Deliverr who stocks our products across the US so you get it quicker). Order by 4pm PT and we'll ship out your bag on the same day you place your order!

For faster delivery options, we have overnight shipping and 2-3 day guaranteed delivery options available.

Due to limited supply, we can only offer 1 bag per person.

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping, but it is coming soon! Add the product to your baby registry and when it comes time to purchase it should be available for international shipping.

When we do sip internationally all of our shipping will include pre-paid duties and taxes (DDP) so you don't have to pay for anything when you receive your bag. We will have standard and express international shipping options available:

Once you receive your bag, you’re free to use it and try it out and if at any point during the 30 days you don’t feel like it’s a good fit, we’ll take it back, no questions asked.

In order to accept your return, returned bags must be in good condition and sent with the original packaging.

We’ll cover your bag, for life! That means each bag is guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects and damages to zippers, leather, straps, and any functional features that you need to carry your bag.

If there are any issues, we’ll either fix them to you or send you a new bag. It's our way of standing behind the quality of products that we make.
