We want you to love your diaper bag and know it would be something you'd use everyday as a parent, so we offer a 30 day trial. Once you receive your bag, you’re free to use it and try it out and if at any point during the 30 days you don’t feel like it’s a good fit, we’ll take it back, no questions asked.

In order to accept your return, returned bags must be in good condition and sent with the original packaging.

Damaged/faulty items

If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We can offer a replacement at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

- Items arrives faulty, damaged/broken or soiled.

- Parcel is lost in transit.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after the 30 day trial period.

For minor marks and stains we recommend spot cleaning as a gentle alternative to washing the whole bag. However, if you feel you need to wash your bag please follow the instructions below:

- Empty all pockets

- Place the backpack in a pillowcase.

- Wash on a gentle, cold wash.

- Hang to dry (Make sure the flaps aren't creased when drying)

The gray bag is a different material weave to give it its unique texture and the material itself is water resistant, but it does not bead water like the black. It just stops water from getting on the inside.
