Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A: If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges unless it is stated on the product page, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can offer a replacement at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

  • Items arrives faulty, damaged/broken or soiled.
  • Parcel is lost in transit.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Bag Nation will not be held liable to any delayed, lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

We always try to meet our proposed delivery times however we cannot be held liable for delays once your item has been handed over to the carrier. Please expect potential shipping delays at certain times of the year and in the instance of unexpected weather events. 


You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Products are shipped internationally unless stated otherwise.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, unless a faster shipping method has been selected your order will arrive within 10 to 12 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Q: Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
A: No. We do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: Bag Nation is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders dependant on your State Laws.The appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A:Yes! Bag Nation puts the safety of your personal information as our top priority. 

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
A: Yes! And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.
