Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- Parcels that is lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: Bag Nation will not be held liable to any delayed, lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
We always try to meet our proposed delivery times however we cannot be held liable for delays once your item has been handed over to the carrier. Please expect potential shipping delays at certain times of the year and in the instance of unexpected weather events.
Customers must provide a valid phone number.

Return to sender packages:
Bag Nation will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re-label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost.
Processing and shipping cost can be half the order total. Please make sure the information that you provide is correct. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. Bag Nation reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through submitting a ticket at our website https://mybagnation.com
In some circumstances, Bag Nation will charge a restocking fee when a buyer returns an item. These circumstances include when an item is returned outside of Bag Nation’s return policy or is in used, damaged, /defective, or materially different condition.
